Frequently Asked Questions
Poker travel does not follow a fixed script. These answers explain what we are building, who it is for, and how players can be part of the journey before booking services begin.
What is Poker Travel Agent?
Poker Travel Agent is a player-centered travel company in development. It is being built to connect tournament discovery, flights, hotels, rental cars, itineraries, and flexible travel support in one experience designed around the realities of poker.
Is Poker Travel Agent accepting paid bookings now?
Not yet. The current website is informational and waitlist-focused while the platform, company operations, agreements, insurance, payment systems, and booking process are prepared.
Who is Poker Travel Agent for?
It is for every kind of player who travels for poker—from professionals chasing a schedule to recreational players planning a first event, friends making a poker weekend, families sharing a trip, retirees, satellite winners, and bucket-list players.
What travel services are planned?
The planned experience includes tournament and destination discovery, flight planning, hotel coordination, rental cars and ground travel, connected player itineraries, and change support when the tournament result changes the trip.
How could the service help if I bust early?
The goal is to help players quickly understand practical options—such as changing a flight or hotel, adjusting ground transportation, finding the next event, or reshaping the rest of the trip—subject to the terms and availability of each travel provider.
What happens if I make a deep run?
A deep run should be celebrated, not complicated by scattered travel plans. Poker Travel Agent is being designed to help a player evaluate extensions and changes around an unexpected final table, while recognizing that provider rules and availability still apply.
Can the trip include more than one tournament?
That is part of the vision. Players may want to add another event, connect multiple stops, or build a longer poker journey. The planned itinerary experience is meant to keep those moving parts organized in one clear view.
Does it cost anything to join the Player Waitlist?
No. Joining the Player Waitlist is currently free. It lets you share what matters to you and receive selected development updates, testing opportunities, and launch news.
Does joining the waitlist guarantee access or a booking?
No. The waitlist is an expression of interest, not a reservation, purchase, or guarantee of early access. Testing invitations and future availability may be limited as the service develops.
How will pricing work?
Final service fees, memberships, partner offers, and booking economics are still being developed. Clear pricing and customer terms will be published before any paid service is offered.
Will my plans always be changeable or refundable?
No travel change can be guaranteed. Airline, hotel, rental-car, event, and supplier rules will still control availability, fees, credits, refunds, and timing. The goal is to make those choices easier to understand and manage.
