These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pokertravelagent.com and the information, forms, and other features made available by Poker Travel Agent LLC (“Poker Travel Agent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Pre-Launch Website and Scope

Poker Travel Agent and the Poker Compass mobile platform are currently in development. This website provides information about planned products and services, collects player interest through the Player Waitlist, and allows visitors to contact us. We are not currently accepting or processing paid travel bookings through this website.

When Poker Compass, accounts, booking tools, paid services, or other features launch, additional product-specific terms may apply. We will present those terms before you use the applicable feature.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the Player Waitlist or submit information through this website. Poker, casino entry, tournament registration, travel, and related activities may require a higher minimum age depending on the venue, provider, and jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming and complying with all applicable age, identity, residency, and legal requirements.

Player Waitlist and Communications

When you join the Player Waitlist or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information and to use an email address you are authorized to use. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, product availability, pricing, a launch date, tournament entry, travel availability, or any other benefit.

If you choose to receive promotional or launch communications, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us. Transactional or direct-response messages may still be sent when needed to answer your request.

Poker Events, Games, and Venue Information

Event schedules, structures, buy-ins, guarantees, game availability, waitlists, venue details, registration links, and similar information may be supplied by third parties and can change without notice. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, error-free, or available. Always confirm material details directly with the applicable circuit, casino, cardroom, organizer, or venue before registering, traveling, or spending money.

Poker Travel Agent is not a casino, cardroom, tournament operator, sportsbook, or gambling operator. We do not conduct wagering, accept bets, hold player funds, determine tournament results, or guarantee entry or winnings.

Travel Information and Third-Party Providers

Future travel, lodging, transportation, registration, and related options may be displayed through links to third-party providers. Unless we expressly state otherwise, bookings and purchases will be completed on the provider’s website or service. Poker Travel Agent is not currently acting as the seller of those travel services and is not a party to the transaction between you and the provider.

Prices, availability, schedules, cancellation rights, refunds, credits, rebooking rules, baggage policies, loyalty benefits, and other conditions are established by the applicable provider. You are responsible for reviewing the provider’s terms, privacy policy, and fare or reservation rules before completing a transaction.

Affiliate Disclosure

Some current or future links may be affiliate links. Poker Travel Agent may receive a commission or other benefit when you click an identified link or complete a qualifying purchase with a third party. We will disclose material affiliate relationships clearly where required. Unless stated otherwise, an affiliate relationship does not change the price charged by the provider.

Travel and Entry Responsibilities

You are responsible for passports, visas, identification, licenses, insurance, health requirements, travel advisories, taxes, tournament eligibility, bankroll decisions, and compliance with laws and venue rules. Poker Travel Agent does not guarantee that travel is safe, advisable, lawful, or suitable for any particular person or destination.

Responsible Play

Poker involves financial risk. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and where to play, setting personal limits, and complying with applicable laws. Website content is not financial, legal, tax, medical, or gambling advice, and no result or profit is promised.

Acceptable Use

You may use the website only for lawful, personal, and legitimate business purposes. You may not interfere with the website; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest information through unauthorized automated means; impersonate another person; submit false, abusive, infringing, or unlawful content; or use the website in a way that harms Poker Travel Agent, its users, or third parties.

Intellectual Property

The website and its original text, graphics, branding, logos, page designs, databases, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Poker Travel Agent and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “Poker Travel Agent,” “Poker Compass,” and “Play the World. One Tournament at a Time.™” are business identifiers of Poker Travel Agent. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party names, tournament marks, casino names, logos, and other identifiers belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership unless expressly stated.

Feedback and User Submissions

If you send ideas, suggestions, corrections, or other feedback, do not include information you consider confidential. You grant Poker Travel Agent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, and incorporate that feedback for developing and improving our products and services, without compensation or obligation to you, to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the right to provide it.

Website Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poker Travel Agent disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue website content or features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poker Travel Agent and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits or data; travel disruption; tournament changes; missed registrations; booking disputes; third-party acts or omissions; or decisions made in reliance on website content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Poker Travel Agent and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Nebraska, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Poker Travel Agent and Poker Compass develop. The effective date at the top will show when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
